Who we are

Closed Won Labs is Kaveh Beigi's practice. Write to hello@closedwonlabs.com about anything on this page.

What the Shortlist Score collects

The website address you enter and the result of the scan. We use them to show you your score and to understand which kinds of sites people check.

A one-way code made from your internet address, kept for 30 days, so nobody can run the scanner thousands of times. We never store the address itself.

If you ask for your report by email

Your email address, and your name, company and website if you give them, with the fact that you ticked the consent box and when. We use them to send your report and follow-up advice about it, nothing else.

Where it is kept

On Cloudflare, which hosts this site. When we connect an email service, your email details are kept there too, and this page will name it.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link. You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time by writing to hello@closedwonlabs.com.

We follow Canada's anti-spam law (CASL) and privacy law (PIPEDA): we email only people who have agreed to it, and we say who we are in every message.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking cookies. It remembers whether you last chose the human or the agent view, in your own browser, and nothing else.
