## What I say

More and more companies are putting an AI agent on their CRM, to read new leads and draft replies. Last month, researchers showed what that can open up. A stranger typed hidden instructions into a Salesforce contact form.

Later, when someone on the sales team asked the AI agent about new leads, it read those instructions and hid customer data inside an image link. The moment the answer appeared on screen, the browser loaded the image, and the data went to the attacker. It needed no login and no click.

Salesforce has fixed that one. But the trick behind it can work on any AI agent that reads what strangers send. An AI agent can't always tell information from an instruction.

Your contact form used to feed a person, who would read a strange message and ignore it. Now it may feed an agent that can search your CRM and send emails. So the form on your website has become a way to talk to software that holds the keys to your customer data.

An agent that reads every lead the moment it arrives is a real advantage. With agents built in, your CRM has become far smarter: it reads, decides and acts on what comes in. So if a stranger's message reached your agent today, what could it see, and what could it send?
