## How it works

1. **Assess.** Two weeks. I score all six areas against your own data, fix the worst gaps, and hand you a 90-day plan. US$7,500, fixed, credited in full against the build.
2. **Choose.** You pick only the areas you need.
3. **Build, Run or Watch.** For each area: I set it up once, run it for you every month, or agents watch it every day and you get what changed and what to do next.

## The two-week assessment

In two weeks, I find where your leads come in, where they go and where they are lost, and I fix the worst of it while I am there. If there is no system for this yet, I set up the first one. Either way you finish with it working, a 90-day plan your team can run without me, and a fixed price for the rest if you want me to build it, with workflows doing the work that would otherwise take another hire.

## Results I've delivered

- A paid social programme I ran at Sustainalytics turned roughly $400K of annual spend into about $18M in pipeline and $6M to $7M in closed revenue.
- $2.5M in net-new pipeline and qualified leads tripled, from about 3,000 to 9,000 MQLs over two years.
- Go-to-market for Canada's first professional tax-return SaaS: 65% trial-to-paid and $1.8M in incremental ARR.
- Consolidated four sites into one and launched the SEO programme: organic traffic up 220%, web became the number one lead source, CAC down 20%.
